Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
5. Use of Boats
The customer is responsible for the boat during the rental period. Damage or misuse may lead to additional charges.
6. Liability
FLOKI S.R.L. shall not be liable for delays or service failures due to weather conditions or force majeure.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
